Keto Pancake Recipe


Makes about 12 pancakes 

  • 2 large eggs

  • ⅓ cup water

  • 2 tbsp neutral oil

  • Coconut oil or butter for cooking


  • Additional dinner suggestions: steak (NY strip or boneless ribeye), bacon strips, eggs.

  • Heat an oiled pan on medium heat. Whisk together almond flour, KetoLiving Vanilla, baking powder and salt, breaking up any clumps. Stir in eggs, water, and oil. Mix until smooth.

  • Using an ⅛ cup, pour the batter into the pan for 3-inch pancakes. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to form. Carefully flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Store in warm oven until ready to serve.

  • Slice steak into strips and serve!
