Keto Pancake Recipe
Makes about 12 pancakes
2 large eggs
⅓ cup water
2 tbsp neutral oil
Coconut oil or butter for cooking
Additional dinner suggestions: steak (NY strip or boneless ribeye), bacon strips, eggs.
Heat an oiled pan on medium heat. Whisk together almond flour, KetoLiving Vanilla, baking powder and salt, breaking up any clumps. Stir in eggs, water, and oil. Mix until smooth.
Using an ⅛ cup, pour the batter into the pan for 3-inch pancakes. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to form. Carefully flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Store in warm oven until ready to serve.
Slice steak into strips and serve!
