Keto Chocolate Donut Recipe
Makes 12 thin donuts or 8 thick donuts
Coconut oil to coat donut pans
2 cups super fine almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Heat oven to 350F. Grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
Whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, KetoLiving Chocolate, salt, and baking soda. Make sure to break up all clumps. Stir in melted coconut oil or butter until well combined. Stir in eggs and water until a thick but smooth batter forms.
Spoon batter into a small ziplock bag as a quick piping bag. Cut about half an inch off one corner, and push batter through the hole, into the donut pan. Bake for 15 minutes until donuts spring back when touched.
