KETO Clafoutis Recipe
Ingredients
About 8 slices
coconut oil or butter (for greasing pan)
2 cups fresh blackberries
3 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup super fine almond flour
¾ cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350F and grease a 9-inch pie pan. Arrange fruit in the bottom of the pan. Blend all ingredients together with a blender or by hand with a whisk. A blender will give the smoothest texture. Pour custard mixture over fruit and bake for 40-50 minutes, until center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
